At Diamondflipflop, we want you to love every step you take in your new flip flops. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Free from dirt, marks, or damage
- Returned in their original packaging
As our flip flops are worn directly on the skin, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange this before sending any items back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
